1.2 GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
1.2.1Application This specification is applied to R Rocker Switch used for electronic equipment.
1.2.2 Operating temperature range 0℃ to 125℃
1.2.3 Test conditions Unless otherwise specified. The atmospheric conditions for making measurements and tests are as follows
Ambient temperature: 15~35℃
Relative humidity: 45~85%
Air pressure: 86~106kPa (860~1060 mbar)
Should any doubt arise in judgment. tests shall be conducted at the following conditions.
Ambient temperature: 20±2℃
Relative humidity: 60~70%

1.5 TEMPERATURE TEST

1.6 PULL TEST
A static force of 5 pound (2.27kg) being applied in one direction on the tip of the terminal for 1 minute. The terminal may be deformed, but shall not sustain any trouble as deviation and breaking of terminal and breaking of insulation material. |
1.7 TERMINAL STRENGTH
The force required to insert and withdraw the tab and connector of a quick-connect terminal shall comply with the values as follows: 1.7.1 First insertion: 18 pounds, max. Individual. 1.7.2 First withdrawal: 20 pounds, max. Individual. 3 pounds, min individual. 1.7.3 Sixth withdrawal: 2 pounds, min. individual. |
