The performance requirements specified in item 4.1-5.3 shall be satisfied.

 

No abnormalities shall be observed in appearance and operation.

The products shall be stored in the original packaging and kept at room temperature  and humidity,out  of direct sunlight,and  away from any and all corrosives gas.The products shall be completely used as soon as possible,but no later than 6 months from the date of delivery. Temperature:5°C~35°C

Humidity:  45%~85% Keeping period: one year.

Solder Ability

More than 95 of immersed  part shall be covered with solder.

Encoder shall be tested according to the following request: (1)Solder:    Sn-3.0 Ag-0.5 Cu tin/lead-free.

(2)Flux: Rosin Flux having a nominal composition of 25% solids by

mass of water white rosin in methyl alcohol solution.

(3)Solder temperature: 255±5℃.

(4)Immersion time: 3±1 seconds.

7.2

Resistance To Soldering Heat

After test,

Electrically and mechanically performances shall be satisfied.

Encoder shall be tested according to the following request: (1) Soldering Temperature & Immersing Time(tin/lead-free):

Wave soldering: 260°C Max   5s Max

Manual soldering:   350°C Max   2-3s

(2) Solder:    Sn-3.0 Ag-0.5 Cu tin/lead-free.

(3) Flux: Rosin Flux having a nominal composition of 25% solids by mass of water white rosin in methyl alcohol solution.

(4) rate of immersion and emergence:

(5) Immersion Depth:

The required depth of immersion is to within 1~1.5mm of the device body.

The encoder shall be stored at a temperature of –40±2°C for 192 hours  in  a thermostatic  chamber,.  And  then  the  encoder  shall  be subjected  to standard  atmospheric  condition  for 1 hour after which measurements  shall be made

8.2

High Temperature Test

The encoder shall be stored at a temperature of 85 ± 2°C for 192 hours  in a thermostatic  chamber,.  And then  the encoder  shall  be subjected  to standard  atmospheric  condition  for 1 hour after which measurements  shall be made

8.3

Steady State Damp Heat Test

The encoder shall be stored at a temperature of 60±2°C with relative humidity  of 90% to 95% for 192 hours  in a thermostatic  chamber,. And then the encoder shall be subjected to standard atmospheric condition for 1 hour after which measurements shall be made.

8.4

Temperature Cycling

After 5 cycles of following conditions, the encoder shall be allowed to stand under normal temperature and humidity conditions for 1 hour, and measurement shall be made within 1 hour after that.

8.5

Salt Mist

After test,

Electrically and mechanically performances shall be satisfied.

The encoder shall be checked after the following test: (1)  Temperature: 35± 2°C

(2)  Salt Solution: 5±1% (Solids by mass).

(3)  After immersing, salt deposit shall be removed by running water. (4)  Duration: 4hours
